General Information

Tourist Visa

According to the recent strict rules of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, we are allowed to make VS documents valid for the period up to 30 days of staying in Russia in case of the hotel reservation. In this case of the hotel or apartment reservation through our company - Visa Support goes free of charge.
To start the process of making Tourist Visa Support we need the following Personal information about every tourist (please follow this exact order!):

• Full name (name - middle name - last name)
• Date of birth (date - month - year)
• Citizenship + gender
• Passport number
• Passport expire date
• Exact dates of arrival/departure to/from Russia
• Destinations in Russia
• Hotel name, reservation number
• Russian Consulate you will apply to...

We can reserve for you any hotel in St.Petersburg.

Please Note: 

• In three days after entering Russia everybody must to register his/her arrival. To register one should have a passport and a migration card.

Business Visa

Business visa is issued if the purpose of your visit to Russia is training, a study tour, business negotiations, consultation, etc. People coming as hired labour workers - are not allowed!

Only the Consulate Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs can permit an invitation for a business visa. Just duly registered organizations in the Ministry are allowed to issue these letters of invitations. Russian Consulates view business visas as the first priority.
Singe-entry and double-entry visas are issued for the period valid from 1 to 3 months.
Multiple-entry visas allow visiting Russia for a practically unlimited number of times within the whole visa validity period; and are issued for the period valid from 3 to 12 months.
The process of making business visa support takes two weeks minimum. So please be sure that you have enough time to receive an invitation from us and then to apply for business visa to the Russian Embassy or Consulate in your country.

Attention please !
If one makes any Visa Support document to visit other cities, not St-Petersburg - in this case the registration should be made at the city of staying and it is ONLY tourist's responsibility.
