Russian restaurant “TROIKA” is located in the historical center of Saint-Petersburg at the intersection of the Zagorodny prospekt and Dzhambul street. Here you can order traditional Russian dishes and delicacies of European cuisine. Bright variety show, which is on every night, will be offered to your attention.
Accommodation:
Restaurant can accommodate 130 -140 persons. 90 seats are in the main hall on the ground floor, and 40 seats on a balcony. The interior in warm colours prepossesses for recreation. The walls are decorated with the works of Russian masters of applied arts - “Spike Team”, “Wooden Sledge”, “Girls' Roundelay”. A luxury curtain covering 3 windows is a handmade piece in Russian shawl style.
Troika is equipped with heavy-duty light- and audio- systems and has one of the biggest among the city's restaurants stage, decorated with an exclusive curtain with a rushing three horses spike team, - the place where the main action of evening - a variety show - takes place.
Entertainment programm:
Theatricalised performance in “TROIKA” restaurant starts daily at 8:30 p.m. already for several decades. Acts and costumes change, but the tradition of the show remains the same.
The first act consists of Russian folk songs and dances in modern arrangement. Colourful stylised costumes and tastefully staged light effects the best possible way convey the atmosphere of folk festivals.
The second act is musical and choreographic performance to the world pop-hits. The variety programme is impressive with its integrity, high professionalism, original inventions.
It's difficult nowadays to surprise one with recherche cuisine, however, each guest or inhabitant of the city will be pleased to taste dishes cooked by old-time Russian recipes, or to learn, what people ate in St. Petersburg at the beginning of the century at Nicolay the 2 nd 's court.
