Superior Rooms - All these double rooms overlook Bolshaya Morskaya Street. Presidential Suites: Tchaikovsky, Prokofiev, Rachmaninov, Shostakovich and Stravinsky - These luxurious suites have been individually decorated and feature paintings, sculptures, ceramics, furniture, chandeliers and lighting from the Astoria's original collection. These magnificent two bedroom suites are located on the main corner of the building and therefore look out to the Statue of Nicholas I and the Mariinsky Palace, St Isaac's Square and the Cathedral. 2003 saw the culmination of the redesign with the addition of a spa that includes sauna, steam and four treatment rooms offering Aromatherapy, Swedish, Sports, and Back, Neck and Shoulder Massages. Appointments are taken from 10:00 with the last treatment to finish no later than 21:00.
Davidov, a fashionable Russian restaurant, has an excellent reputation. Located on the ground floor adjacent to reception, Davidov offers an array of exciting Russian cuisine accompanied by a wide range of fine wines.
Overlooking St. Isaac's square, the restaurant is divided by flowing linen and crystal chandeliers, which illuminate the local and distinctive Lomonosov porcelain.
